为充分拓展就业渠道，加强校企合作，近日，商学院党委书记马斌带队赴杭州、台州两地，走访泰隆银行总行、杭州银行、兴业银行、天宇药业、朵纳家居等19家企业，与人力资源总监等企业高管亲切交流。

在走访过程中，马斌一行详细了解企业的业务发展、人才需求及校企合作意向。双方就人才培养、实习实训、毕业生就业等方面进行了深入探讨，并达成了一系列共识。

马斌表示，商学院始终坚持以市场需求为导向，致力于培养高素质、应用型的商科人才。通过此次走访，商学院将更好地了解企业需求，优化人才培养方案，为企业输送更多优秀人才。

企业方面对商学院的到访表示热烈欢迎，并对学院的人才培养成果给予高度评价。企业表示，希望与商学院建立长期、稳定的合作关系，共同培养符合企业发展需求的优秀人才。

此次访企拓岗行动，商学院与企业双方均表示收获颇丰。接下来，商学院将继续加大与企业合作的力度，拓宽合作领域，创新合作模式，为毕业生提供更多优质就业岗位，助力地方经济发展。
